Oyer’s passion to serve others and the community\, combined with nearly 20 years of fund development experience driving strategy\, execution\, and building incredible teams\, has allowed her to partner with generous donors to raise over$57 million for education\, healthcare\, and social services organizations. Jennifer takes pride in utilizing her strengths in execution and building meaningful relationships\, allowing her to nurture collaboration\, provide purpose\, and nourish thriving communities.  \nIn 2019\, Jennifer established Community Impact Advisors\, a boutique consulting practice to provide integral and strategic expertise in fund development that impacts the growth and sustainability of nonprofit organizations. \nStrengthening the infrastructure and strategy of nonprofits through the fundamentals of fundraising empowers them to make meaningful decisions which increases their capacity to positively impact the community. \nJennifer is a graduate of the University of Hawaii and an MA candidate at Azusa Pacific University in Organizational Leadership. She currently serves as a Board of Director and Chair of the Individual Mid-Level Giving Committee for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) U.S. Foundation for Philanthropy. Committed to the profession of fund development\, Jennifer received her Certified Fund Raising Management (CFRM) distinction from the Lilly School of Philanthropy and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). \n  \n \nBillie Kiyoka Takaki Lueder is the Director of Institutional Advancement at her alma mater\, Hawaii Baptist Academy. Her primary responsibility as a fundraiser is donor and alumni engagement to garner support throughout the community and from the school’s many supporters on the U.S. mainland.  She previously served as the Director of Communications and External Affairs for Honolulu Community College in charge of media and public relations.  A former corporate trainer with Bank of Hawaii\, Billie enjoys presenting and facilitating both locally and internationally on a variety of topics such as: Generational Communication\, Social Media\, Public Relations and Professional Image and Self Branding. \nAs Miss Hawaii 2000\, Billie traveled across the state\, U.S. mainland and Japan promoting Hawaii and her platform\, peer mentoring.  She is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Maters in Public Administration and an undergraduate degree in English. \nCurrently\, she serves as an advisory board member for the Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Division of The Salvation Army\, and was the former advisory chair of its young professional board\, Echelon. She is a board member of the Miss Hawaii Organization\, and a co-director for the Miss Hawaii’s Princess Program\, a mentoring and self-development program for young girls 5–12 years of age in partnership with the Miss Hawaii Organization. \nIn her free time\, she enjoys spending time at the beach\, hiking\, and adventuring with her husband and two daughters\, Randie and Reese.  \nThis event has been approved for 1.0 CFRE credits \nQuestions?
