He also manages the administration of Procter & Gamble’s charitable funds. Under Phillip’s leadership\, the team focuses on creating new and innovative strategies to help donors\, nonprofits\, private foundation and supporting organizations create meaningful impact in the region and around the world. Phillip is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) and a member of the 21/64 Network. He earned both his Bachelor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. In 2011\, the Cincinnati Business Courier named Phillip to its “Forty Under 40” list. He is a member of Leadership Cincinnati Class XL. He is immediate Past President of the Advancement Network for community foundations. He is Vice Chair of the Music Hall Revitalization Company Board and the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center Board. \nMegan Okun is a partner at Taft Law who focuses her practice on counseling nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations and on estate planning for high net-worth families. Given her knowledge and experience with international and transactional tax law\, Megan helps nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations navigate all tax and governance aspects of their organizations and operations. She guides them through the nuances of joint ventures\, private foundations and foundation management\, and fundraising\, endowment strategies\, charitable and planned giving program criteria\, commercial coventures\, and working with donors. Megan is a graduate of Clemson University (BA)\, the Ohio State University (MA) and the Indiana University Maurer School of Law (JD)\, where she serves on the Alumni Board. Megan is president of the Cincinnati Observatory Foundation\, as well as a member of the boards of the Cincinnati Observatory Center and the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council.
