She has oversight of all academic programs; institutional compliance; graduate studies; honors; grants and sponsored research; the liberal studies (General Education) program; institutional research; institutional effectiveness; and the Social Justice Initiative. She has been a Teagle Foundation Assessment Scholar; and a graduate of the national Emerging Leaders Program and the New Provosts Academy. Dr. Schneller joined Governors State University in 2022.
