She educates nonprofit board members\, attorneys\, and executive staff about nonprofit-specific legal issues.\n\n\n\nBarkha also provides direct legal services to nonprofit organizations\, focusing on nonprofit\, tax-exempt\, and corporate governance matters. And\, she serves as a resource for in-house and law firm attorney volunteers and nonprofit clients. \nPrior to joining PBPO\, Barkha was an attorney in private practice. Barkha received her B.A. in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia\, her J.D. from George Mason University\, and her M.B.A. from Xavier University. She is admitted to the bar in Ohio and Virginia.
