He has successfully acted and directed across the country\, in Europe\, and in Asia. \nMatthew is proud to have served as a USA representative at the UNESCO International Theatre Institute Research Lab in Romania\, named as a Promising Artist of the 21st Century by the International Arts and Cultural Exchange\, and has published papers on directorial theory in the peer-reviewed journals.  Matthew was also an instructor for three years at Purdue University (Research-1 university). His financial background includes serving as USA delegate to the People’s Republic of China for Foreign Business Affairs and serving on the Association for Fundraising Professionals Board of Directors as Past-President. Matthew also serves on the executive committees for the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy USA and Undertone Arts. He has raised nearly $15MM for the Greater Cincinnati community in the last 5 years in arts\, human services\, and social services. \nNow\, he looks to lift American theatre back to the top of the world’s stage and create a more equitable tomorrow for social change.

Before launching GDC\, Jackie worked in health care at The Christ Hospital and as director of marketing at the Cincinnati Art Museum. \nJackie is an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati where she teaches Sports PR and at Xavier University where she teaches in the sports administration graduate program. \nShe is also active in the community serving on boards of the following: Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati\, Mt. Saint Joseph University\, Ohio University Foundation\, Reds Community Fund and the YWCA Greater Cincinnati. She currently serves as the Board Chair of the Greater Cincinnati Sports Commission. \nIn 2007\, Jackie was named Public Relations Practitioner of the Year by the Cincinnati chapter of Public Relations Society of America. In 2011\, she was honored with the chapter’s highest honor\, Werner-VonderHaar-Bogart Award. Last year\, she received the Medal of Merit from Ohio University\, the highest alumni honor bestowed by the university. \nJackie earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University and a master’s in sports administration at Ohio University. She has also studied at the Harvard Business School earning a certificate in Non-Profit Management. \nShe has finished four half marathons and has visited all 30 Major League Baseball parks. \n\n\n\n\n\nKathrine Nero has been in front of a camera for more than half her life\, and now she’s ready for life on the other side. \nShe has 25 years experience in television and digital media as an award-winning news anchor\, reporter and host. Most of that time was spent anchoring sports and morning news in Cincinnati. Her most recent endeavors took her into the digital and social media space hosting Facebook lives and writing newsletters and columns for The Cincinnati Enquirer. \nKathrine has experience in television\, radio\, digital\, sports\, social media\, print and podcasting.  She’s also a camera coach\, content creator and media trainer who shares the lessons learned in 12\,000+ hours on camera to make sure you look good for that next Zoom call or media interview. \nShe lives in NKY with her husband and two daughters and – even as a transplant from Memphis – is one of the area’s biggest fans. \nOutside of work\, Kathrine serves on the board of the Karen Wellington Foundation and is active in her church. She’s also a word nerd\, a coffee aficionado\, a grown-up theatre kid\, a massive Elvis fan (and former Graceland tour guide) – and two-time breast cancer survivor who reminds you: it’s time to get a mammogram.

Originally from Georgia\, she graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (Statesboro\, GA) and obtained her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Piedmont College (Demorest\, GA) in 2004. A few years later\, she decided to attend the University of Phoenix to pursue a Doctoral of Management in Organizational Leadership. Tephra has over 25 years of experience in the social service\, nonprofit sector\, includes 18 years of nonprofit\, executive leadership. Her professional experience includes organizational management and compliance\, fund development with a focus on grant research and writing and fundraising\, case management\, volunteer management\, staff development\, public speaking\, and nonprofit agency marketing. Tephra has had the opportunity to serve as Executive Director of several nonprofit organizations in Georgia\, Northern Kentucky\, and Ohio. Those agencies focused on homelessness\, youth advocacy\, workforce development\, education\, food disparity\, and financial literacy. \nShe is a member of the Association for Fundraising Professionals Greater Cincinnati Chapter and Impact 100 – Cincinnati Chapter (Equity Committee). She serves on the board of Public Allies Cincinnati. She was also a former CASA Volunteer (Hall and Clarke Co.\, GA). \nTephra spent many years working for nonprofit organizations in many roles. Throughout the years\, she worked tirelessly to make sure she ran her positions effectively and efficiently by creating personal timelines and processes. As Executive Director\, she found that she spent much time developing her small nonprofit agencies. She worked to create\, enhance\, and stabilize each organization. As she became visible in the communities in which she worked\, her experience became noticeable to her peers. They began to refer friends and other agencies to her for help. Those same professionals tried to encourage her to start her own business to write grants. Feeling that the timing was not right\, she continued her journey as a nonprofit administrator of organizations that provided services to those who were in need. In 2016\, she made the big move to Cincinnati\, OH to pursue a wonderful career opportunity. In 2023\, she realized the time was right\, pooled her resources\, and started Built to Last Nonprofit Solutions\, LLC to help nonprofit organizations manage for excellence!

After spending over 25 years in public accounting between Arthur Andersen and Deloitte\, Courtney created her own business to be a dedicated advisor to family business owners and multi-generational wealthy families and family offices. \nBorn and raised in Northern Kentucky to parents and grandparents of entrepreneurs\, after graduating from Thomas More College in 1998 instead of entering the family businesses\, she embarked on an illustrious career in public accounting. She developed her expertise in income taxation and wealth transfer planning over the years while working with clients across the country.
