Ja’Lah is also a Cincinnati Native\, current Xavier Musketeer\, Public Allies/AmeriCorps Alum\, and a mom of two girls – Jayne and Joy! \n \nSonya Fultz is the CEO and Executive Director of Adopt A Class (AAC) in Cincinnati\, Ohio. AAC connects businesses and civic groups with students in economically challenged schools to provide essential employability and career readiness mentoring. Most recently\, she was the Director and Business Coach of the Small Business Development Center at NKU and is wrapping up her remote duties at NKU as key program and center development architect for the C.O.B.’s new Center for Family Enterprise and Small Business. \nCatherine’s skills include business development\, business start-up\, marketing\, fundraising\, leadership development\, and mentoring\, workforce and policy development\, and contract negotiations. She was named Business Courier’s Forty Under 40 award recipient in 2014. She was a member of class IV of the Cincinnati Chamber’s C-Change program and is a graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky program. She presently serves as a Commissioner on the Hamilton County Commission on Women and Girls and is a member of Northwest High School’s Personal Finance Business Advisory Committee. \nAdrijana earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Cincinnati.
