Still\, many development officers find the regulations around these relatively new structures confusing—which may leave money on the table for worthy nonprofits. Earlier in his career\, he served as a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch\, and as  Senior Mortgage Consultant with Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors. Currently\, he is President of the Board for the Delaware Valley Legacy Fund\, among other volunteer leadership positions. NPT is a public charity founded in 199. Since that time\, they have raised $11.3 billion in charitable contributions and currently manage $6.7 billion in charitable assets.
