Before co-founding GDC in 2002 with former ESPN Anchor Betsy Ross\, Jackie worked in healthcare at The Christ Hospital and as director of marketing at the Cincinnati Art Museum.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJackie is an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati where she teaches Sports PR and at Xavier University where she teaches event management in the sports administration graduate program. She is also active in the community serving on boards of the following: Camp Joy\, Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati\, Mt. Saint Joseph University\, Ohio University Foundation Board\, Reds Community Fund and YWCA of Greater Cincinnati. \nIn 2017\, Jackie was honored with the Medal of Merit by Ohio University\, the highest alumni honored bestowed by the university. In 2007\, Jackie was named Public Relations Practitioner of the Year by the Cincinnati chapter of Public Relations Society of America. \nJackie earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University and a master’s in sports administration at Ohio University. She has also studied at the Harvard Business School earning a certificate in Non-Profit Management and at Northwestern University earning a certificate in Digital Marketing and Artificial Intelligence. \nShe has completed five half marathons and has visited all 30 Major League baseball parks.\n\n\n\nThis event has been submitted for 1.5 CFRE Credits. \n  \n  \n\n\n
