After college\, she moved to Grand Rapids\, Michigan and worked as a technical recruiter for 6 months and then left recruiting to work as an HR Coordinator for a small tech firm. After working there for 3 years\, Amanda moved back to Cincinnati (and back in with her parents… we’ve all been there) to get her MBA with a focus in HR from UC. After graduation Amanda joined her family’s business\, Shepherd Material Science\, as an HR Generalist. She has been there for 2 years now. She currently lives in Hyde Park with her best friend from undergrad and her very small\, very fluffy toy poodle\, Dottie Pippen.\n\n\n\n  \nRegister\n
