As a high school teacher and coach\, he led his forensics and tennis teams to state championships. Later his love for helping people pursue their dreams influenced him to join the financial services industry\, where he could help families chart a course to strengthen their finances for the future. \nHis business career includes serving 22 years as the Managing Partner of a financial services network and as the CEO of an employee benefits company. While heading these firms\, he also served as the franchise operator of a retail store\, and the branch manager of an investment firm. \nIn the civic arena\, Ron was a Founding Board Member of Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy\, and he currently serves on numerous Trustee Boards in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Additionally he is a popular speaker and Master of Ceremonies at national fundraising banquets and special events.
