The panel will be led by Jane Page-Steiner and is designed to provide practical insights and real-world perspectives that attendees can apply in their own professional journeys, aligning with the criteria for CFRE continuing education credits.

Jane Page-Steiner, Owner/Publisher, Greater Cincinnati Nonprofit News Jane took over ownership of the GC Nonprofit News in 2015 because of her commitment to creating a weekly publication that helps nonprofits connect and find valuable resources. Jane has over 35 years of experience in the nonprofit community. She had a nonprofit consulting business for over 10 years serving many nonprofits locally and around the country. Jane was the first Executive Director of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati and served as the Vice President of Affiliates for the National Down Syndrome Society. |

Megan Cummings, President & CEO, Philanthropy Ohio Meghan Cummings is the president & CEO of Philanthropy Ohio. She is passionate about activating the power and potential of philanthropy to achieve transformational change. She has served the nonprofit community since 2001, as a fundraiser for several organizations, the executive director of the Women’s Fund, the vice president of civic advancement at the Greater Cincinnati Foundation and, most recently, as senior vice president of strategy and impact at CFLeads. Her goal is to help create communities where everyone can participate, prosper and reach their full potential. |

Brent Seelmeyer, Director of Organizational Development, Boys & Girls Clubs of America Brent has more than 28 years of executive leadership experience in the non-profit and higher education arena, including 12 years as CEO of two leading organizations. Brent has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. He brings a full spectrum of organizational development tools and professional certifications to his work, including a certificate of Strategic Visioning & Planning from The Grove Consultants International, certified Sherpa Executive Coach from the University of Georgia, a certificate of Change Management from Prosci, a certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource, a certificate in The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team from Wiley, a certificate of Organizational Design from Cornell University, Advanced Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional from BDO, certified practitioner of the Hogan Assessments, a certificate of Executive Leadership from Harvard Business School, and a certificate of Organizational Development from DePaul University. Brent has a love of philanthropy and service that has led him to take an active and engaged role in his local community. He has served in various volunteer roles including: President of the Leadership Council for Nonprofits, Board member of United Way of Greater Cincinnati, Trustee of Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Greater Cincinnati Chapter, and Advisory Board member of WCPO Channel 9. Brent is also active in the Cincinnati Rotary Club. He lives in Madeira, Ohio with his wife Abigail, daughter Charlotte, and their dogs Roxie and Pippa. Brent enjoys travel, golf, pickleball, playing drums, and Tennessee Vols athletics. |

Matthew David Gellin, MFA, CFRE Executive Artistic Director & CEO, American Legacy Theatre Matthew David Gellin is the Executive Artistic Director & CEO of American Legacy Theatre. He has successfully acted and directed across the country, in Europe, and in Asia. Matthew is proud to have served as a USA representative at the UNESCO International Theatre Institute Research Lab in Romania, named as a Promising Artist of the 21st Century by the International Arts and Cultural Exchange, and has published papers on directorial theory in the peer-reviewed journals. Matthew was also an instructor for three years at Purdue University (Research-1 university). His financial background includes serving as USA delegate to the People’s Republic of China for Foreign Business Affairs and serving on the Association for Fundraising Professionals Board of Directors as Past-President. Matthew also serves on the executive committees for the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy USA and Undertone Arts. He has raised nearly $15MM for the Greater Cincinnati community in the last 5 years in arts, human services, and social services. Now, he looks to lift American theatre back to the top of the world’s stage and create a more equitable tomorrow for social change. |
