Jason Lewis is the founder of Responsive Fundraising, a consultancy dedicated to helping organizations create places where fundraising can thrive. Responsive’s four frameworks are designed to align and adapt to each client’s distinct strengths and opportunities.In addition to his consulting work, Jason serves as an adjunct faculty member at York College of Pennsylvania, where he teaches courses in management and entrepreneurship. Jason has been twice certified as a fundraising executive (CFRE) and recognized as a master trainer with the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

The Spring session of AFP’s Fundamentals of Fundraising course is now open for enrollment.
The course consists of seven modules that have been designed by experienced fundraising professionals to meet the real-world needs and challenges non-profit organizations meet every day.

- Module 2: Developing an Integrated Fundraising Program
- Module 3: Marketing for Ongoing Success
- Module 4: Building and Sustaining Relationships
- Module 5: Securing the Gift
- Module 6: Volunteers – Partners in Fundraising
- Module 7: Management & Accountability
The course offers a complete overview of the development function, featuring the most current information and techniques. This intensive program will provide an overview of skills, techniques, and program components for individuals with 0-4 years of fundraising experience or a great “back to the basics” for veteran fundraisers.

National Philanthropy Day (NPD) is a special day set aside to promote philanthropy and recognize individuals, organizations and businesses that are inspiring change through their significant impact on nonprofit organizations. Each day, generous benefactors and volunteers make a difference to people across a spectrum of nonprofit organizations from the arts to education to social services and everything in between.
The National Philanthropy Day Program is our annual, signature event at which people representing businesses, nonprofits, philanthropists and volunteers come together to celebrate our vibrant philanthropic community. All nonprofit organizations have the opportunity to participate in our Friends in Philanthropy process by recognizing donors, volunteers and special friends who have made a truly exceptional impact.
