Gift Entry Specialist (Part-Time)

Are you passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization through accurate data management and donor stewardship?  Are you seeking part time employment M-F days?

Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented Gift Entry Specialist to help ensure the accurate processing of donations and maintenance of donor records.

Key Duties:

• Process donations in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT.
• Maintain donor records and data integrity.
• Assist with donor acknowledgments and communications.
• Manage address updates, returned mail, and gift documentation.
• Import and export fundraising and event data.
• Support occasional fundraising and special events.
• Collaborate with the Mission Advancement and Marketing teams.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge or nonprofit fundraising databases preferred.
• Prior nonprofit development or fundraising experience is a plus.

Salary range: $24.50 – $25.50/ hour
