About the Contributor:
Susan’s commitment to the nonprofit cause began at the Bill of Rights Institute, where she managed the organization’s educational programs and its transition to Blackbaud’s Raiser Edge before joining Blackbaud as an instructor. With nine years of experience in the nonprofit and technology sectors, Susan’s passion is to help nonprofit professionals improve their fundraising and operational activities by using technology wisely. As a Blackbaud training instructor, she delivered thousands of training hours to fundraising professionals at a variety of organizations.
