Develop a Case for Support: AFP consultants will work with you to analyze your organization’s vision and priorities. After a thorough review, consultants will work with you to produce written content which aims to translate your vision into a tangible call to action for donors to support.

Moves Management: AFP consultants will work with you to analyze your donor pipeline and provide strategic direction to increase your fundraising results. Consultants will be able to teach best practices for progressing donors from a point interest in your organization to being an active investor. Customized sessions can delve into strategies for specific relationships, review processes, or take a holistic approach in reviewing the overall health of your donor continuum.

Annual Fund Plan Development: AFP consultants will work with you to develop one of the most critical pieces of any successful organization: an annual fund plan. Together, you will review your processes and utilize best practices to consistently share your mission with current and prospective donors. This offering will include tangible takeaways for you to implement immediately!

Ideation Session: AFP consultants are ready to work with you as a collaborative partner. If you’re stuck or unsure of what steps to take, this is the opportunity for you to work with a fundraising professional who can guide. All sessions will be customized to your needs and include relevant partners with individuals who can speak from experience.

How to Connect with a Consultant: There are countless nonprofit consultants, but how do you choose the right one for your organization? In this session, you will work with AFP members to determine which paid counsel will be appropriate for helping you achieve your goals. This opportunity will focus on strategies for working with consultants and ensure you make the right decision in choosing your next trusted partner.

In addition, we have a collaborative partnership with OneSource Center!  This exciting collaboration will provide development consultants from AFP Cincinnati Chapter to support and empower OneSource Center’s nonprofit clients. By leveraging AFP’s expertise in fundraising strategies, donor relations, and financial sustainability, this partnership aims to create positive change and ensure the continued success and impact of nonprofit organizations in our community.

Together, we can make a difference and empower nonprofits to thrive.
