Are your board members, staff and volunteers working as a team to raise funds for your organization?  If you are not working as a team it will limit your success and frustrate both your staff and board. Your board members may be uncertain of their role in fundraising and feel overwhelmed by the prospect of raising money.  Your staff may be frustrated and feel stymied on how best to get board members engaged in fundraising.

In this workshop you will uncover how to create shared understanding of the roles and work of the board and staff in fundraising. This will allow you to successfully align your team and work together to raise funds.

This interactive workshop will share strategies and techniques that you can use to practically engage in fundraising as a team.

Executive Directors, CEOs, Development Staff, Board Members and Development Chairs are encouraged to attend this workshop.
