Sweet Mandala brings nourishment of body and mind to individuals and organizations via stress reduction, relaxation, and compassionate communication.
Sessions – You may attend any number of sessions (every 3rd Tuesday) from 8:30-9:00:
- August 16 – Mindful Eating (will need to bring snack/lunch)
- September 20 – Feeling and Noticing
- October 18 – Harvest Meditation
- November 15 – Gratitude
- December 20
- January 17
