Sweet Mandala brings nourishment of body and mind to individuals and organizations via stress reduction, relaxation, and compassionate communication.
Sessions – You may attend any number of sessions (every 3rd Tuesday) from 8:30-9:00:
  • August 16 – Mindful Eating (will need to bring snack/lunch)
  • September 20 – Feeling and Noticing
  • October 18 – Harvest Meditation
  • November 15 – Gratitude
  • December 20
  • January 17
