Madeline Anderson is the Grants Manager for Easterseals Redwood, a Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky nonprofit advancing equity, access, and inclusion for people with disabilities, military veterans, and people facing economic disadvantages. In under four years, she has raised over $5 million in philanthropic gifts and government contracts for Easterseals Redwood’s programs. Madeline is a proud 2019 graduate of Ohio State University, with a B.A. in English and minors in Nonprofit Management and Professional Writing. Volunteering and charitable giving has always been part of her life, and she enjoys supporting organizations that focus on arts, history, women, and the environment. |

Laura Berkemeier, Associate Vice President, Non-Profit Services at Ignite Philanthropy
Laura brings diverse experience to the Ignite Philanthropy team, with previous positions in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. She has gained extensive experience in development, communications, marketing, and the arts through multiple diverse careers at employers such as Procter & Gamble, ArtsWave, Thomas More University, AGAR and most recently, Life Learning Center. A Northern Kentucky native, Laura obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Communications and a Master of Arts in Education from Thomas More University. She saves time for serving on committees and boards to help execute community projects and supports multiple regional non-profits. One of her primary connections to the community is through acting and directing with local community theatres such as Beechmont Players and Mariemont Players. Laura served on the board of Know Theatre of Cincinnati for three years and is currently on the board of Pones. Laura also serves on several event planning committees including Leadership NKY Community Vibrancy Day, Outstanding Women of NKY Awards Luncheon, and National Philanthropy Day. In 2017, Laura was named an Outstanding Woman of Northern Kentucky, receiving the Nancy Janes Boothe Scholarship for her career accomplishments and community involvement. Laura was also one of the honorees at the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Forty Under 40 class of 2022 and is a member of Leadership Northern Kentucky class of 2023. Laura and her husband Jay live in Northern Kentucky with their two black cats. Laura is “bonus mom” to her stepson, who is a promising young footballer. When not at the office, chances are Laura is watching a popular TV show, attending a football game or in a theatre. |

Andi Saylor is the Portfolio and Trust Administrator at PNC Bank, and Board member of PWC. Andi is a Cincinnati native excited to work and serve in the community! She has experience in judicial and private firm practice, nonprofit, financial, and insurance sectors. Volunteer experience in development, engagement, event planning, and budget management. Licensed in home, personal and commercial auto, commercial liability, and life insurance in Ohio. |
