IDEA Commitment
The AFP Cincinnati Chapter aims to lead as an example in embracing and promoting the ideals of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA). We are committed to our continued education and that of our constituents in the Greater Cincinnati region about the importance of IDEA through the following:
- Relevant Professional and Leadership Development Trainings
- Educational and Networking Opportunities for all backgrounds and non-profit professionals (i.e. alumni professionals, career changers, emerging leaders)
- Engage a diverse population of constituents for chapter involvement
