We’ve all been in situations where we’ve had to have a difficult conversation with an alumnus/a or donor. These conversations could be about a volunteer who is not living up to the expectations set before them or maybe they want to have a conversation about a sensitive subject. Join Norah Mock CFRE, CAP® and Maggie Ibrahim-Taney for a panel discussion on how they’ve handled these difficult conversations and provide some best practices so you are prepared.
