About the Speakers:

Johanna Navarro, Director, Corporate Engagement United Way of Greater Cincinnati

Working at the intersections of community change, corporate social responsibility and employee engagement, Johanna builds strong partnerships between the business community and United Way. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in corporate communication, public affairs, and corporate social responsibility, her role is to drive innovative strategies with corporate partners aimed to increase public awareness, engagement and impact for social issues facing our communities. 

David Plogmann,  Director of Corporate Relations at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden

David Plogmann is currently the Director of Corporate Relations at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden.  He has previously served as the Chief Development, Marketing & Strategy Officer at the Cincinnati Youth Collaborate after spending 16 years in the Optical Industry with Luxottica. He has been married for 31 years to his wife Barb and has four grown children, Bo, Nate, Kelsey & Jenna.

Jessica Yankie, Senior VP, Client & Community Relations Director at The PNC Financial Services Group, Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky

Jessica Yankie serves as Chief of Staff to the Regional President, oversees the Client & Community Relations team and the implementation of the PNC brand promise through strategic partnerships, PNC Foundation grants, sponsorships, events, and community outreach with alignment toward key stakeholders (customers, employees, communities, and shareholders).

Katie C. Jensen, MPA, Development & Marketing Director at Upspring

Katie Jensen has been serving as UpSpring’s Development & Marketing Director for nearly 4 years, and recently served as Interim Executive Director for 6 months. Katie has over 10 years of nonprofit development experience, and has raised over $10 million for small nonprofits including her previous work with The LAM Foundation and the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research. Katie holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts.
