Worlds Colliding: Generational Dynamics in the Nonprofit Workplace Post-Pandemic

All you need to do is pick up a newspaper or magazine (if you still read those) or scan your social media to see that no one seems to know how to deal with colleagues of different generations.

Differences in education, media exposure, world events, technology, and family dynamics can all influence how we approach work. How does our generation shape our attitudes toward hybrid and remote work, expectations of behavior, mental health, hiring, tech adoption, and more?

Janet Harrah, Executive Director of Outreach, Haile/US Bank College of Business, Northern Kentucky University, will tell us what the data say about it, and how the demographics of our nonprofit workforce will change as the population changes.
